FM... no bleed-over at all
Jan. 24th, 2018 09:55 pmMy new car FM transmitter was shipped this week. I was able to successfully pair the transmitter with my cell phone via Bluetooth, and it sounds great. Per the transmitter's instructions, I turned the transmitter and phone's volumes all the way up and used the stereo's volume knob to adjust the audio volume. I used 87.9 FM and didn't get any bleed-over from 88.1, although that is used locally by a low-power station. Denver has a full-power classical station at 88.1 and a "TV 6/FM" station at 87.7. I can test the transmitter's effectiveness against those in two weeks when I go to FoxTrot.
My "St. Anthony" needs a slight adjustment. I was looking for a debit card just now. While rooting through piles of old mail and papers, I found an Alprazolam prescription I had lost a month or two ago. I hope I can still get it filled since I'm out. I'll set aside some time tomorrow to look in my bedroom in case I left the debit card there.
