Keeping my cool, but still warm

jcollie719I plan to continue in my Toastmasters club until October. I originally thought about leaving in April, but I'm the current club treasurer until June. I'll ask another member to take over as treasurer then. I mainly decided to do this when I found myself looking forward to tomorrow's dental appointment more than Toastmasters.
During the winter, I usually keep my condo's temperature between 70 and 75 degrees most of the day. After reading that 60-67 is the ideal nighttime range for better sleep, I reprogrammed my thermostat to be around 67 overnight and 65-69 the rest of the day.
