Legally-lit car again

jcollie719I took my car in to Firestone today to replace a burned-out headlight and brake light. The brake light outage was noticed during my previous stop at Jiffy Lube, but they didn't change it due to water collecting in the socket area. The mechanic at Firestone still noticed some water, but he drilled a small hole to drain it. I was also given a quote for new tires. I will wait until at least next month so I can afford them. I will have to wait until next week to get a DoorDash catering bag because the monthly Drinking Liberally meeting is tonight.
It never fails. Just when I think I can go for a month without a major expense, life finds something of mine to break.
