The mini quiches I made looked horrible but tasted good. I didn't realize the phyllo dough I bought needed to be thawed for a few hours before using it. The partly-frozen dough occasionally splintered into pieces, but I was able to layer enough pieces to make a halfway-decent crust. Just before I left, the theater owner let me know one of my fellow students from improv courses years ago was at the party and re-introduced me to him.

Today's singles group Thanksgiving dinner was excellent. A few people remembered where I bought the rolls the past two years and said they loved them.
