I made sure to turn up the volume on Weekend Edition this morning since the complaint I received partially said the programming was too soft compared to the announcement volume. I initially played the underwriters' announcements at a much lower volume, but I gradually raised the volume to be slightly softer than the program. The engineer came in later and tweaked some of the settings on the satellite and underwriting system themselves to improve the sound quality.
