One of the GrubHub orders I got last night was cancelled after I had already picked up the food. The KFC restaurant told me they were out of Extra Crispy chicken and substituted their Original Recipe chicken. After getting the order, I texted this information to the customer, who told me to cancel the order. I contacted GrubHub support; they confirmed the cancellation and said I could keep the food.
