No rest for the weary
Apr. 30th, 2020 01:01 pmWell, the new APAP mask helped me feel more rested. Unfortunately, anxiety and depression limited how much sleep I got.
Speaking of depression, I wish more people understood that depression isn't something a person can just get over right away and can't be turned on and off like a light. A good friend recently shared a Twitter message he got telling him to stop ranting on his online radio show and "do [his] job." First off, my friend can run his show however he likes, even if that means an occasional "no chill" rant. In some cases, the people complaining about his rants are the causes of them. (UPDATE: He decided to take a month away from the show. I hope he'll be fine.)
KRCC had its weekly online staff meeting an hour ago. Nothing about the weekend shift was addressed, so I don't know when I will be able to return to work. I'm thankful for my food delivery side jobs for giving me some income. I haven't heard yet when my federal tax return will be deposited, but that will help quite a bit.
