The music director at KRCC had left me a note asking me and a few other employees to have an orientation meeting with one of the engineers. I'd like to get at least some work in before the end of the month.

My therapy light arrived this week. It seems to be working since I'm not feeling as anxious and don't want to lay down.

I had a piece of my dad's birthday cake after dinner last week. The cake (Boston cream pie) was made by the same bakery where I got my Thanksgiving rolls. Since it's a Dutch bakery, the cake had Bavarian cream.
