My stove's in not-so-good condition

While I'm unsure if my job counselor will be able to find a good radio job for me, I'm glad that her threshhold of "low-paying" vs. "high-paying" is about the same as mine.

I don't know if there's an electrical problem in my condo or something else is up. The lights in my living room and kitchen are lightly flickering. My stove has power, but I couldn't get the oven or burners to turn on.
