Too risky for candy?

jcollie719As much as I want to pick up some discounted Valentine's Day candy, I don't know if the roads are safe enough to venture out. It's only 12° at the moment, with the wind making it feel even colder. Tomorrow will only be a little warmer, but I hope the roads will be clearer.
