My car's shifter wouldn't work when I tried to drive home from Dad's house tonight. My brother thought my transmission fluid might be low, but the tow truck driver that arrived looked at the shifter and said the dealership would have to replace it. My car insurance app said the tow truck was about 2-3 miles away and would arrive within a half hour, but it took two hours. In addition to the shifter, I'll ask the dealership to repair/replace the alignment adjuster that had broken previously. I hope I'm still able to drive my car to Furry Fiesta in a few weeks. If not, I'll have to rent a car.

I brought the rest of my tax documents to Dad tonight. He said my refund this year might be the same or a little more than last year's.
