I read a magazine article last week about CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and wondered if I should give it a try. The relief I've received from medications and traditional therapy tends to be short-lived. I looked up some local CBT doctors who accept Cigna insurance. I'll give them a call this week if my stress levels keep interfering with my sleep. I only got about 2-1/2 hours of sleep tonight.

In an effort to cheer myself up: 213 days until the cruise!
