More cruise preparations

jcollie719I have a large sweet potato left over from Thanksgiving. I wasn't sure what I wanted to make with it, but I remembered I could make potato chips using a mandoline slicer to cut the potato. I also have a bag of about 8 medium-sized regular potatoes.
I booked a hotel room for the night before my Halloween cruise. I was originally going to take either a red-eye or early-morning flight to Orlando and arrive 5-6 hours before the cruise departed. The organizer recommended arriving the night before in case of delays. The room I got was only about $130 (pretty good for a 3-star hotel in Orlando) and the hotel has some good food options nearby.
