I look at house plans once in a while to get an idea of how I want my future home to look. I wish some of the features in the larger houses could be available in the smaller ones, like a good-sized kitchen. I'm hoping to find a two- or three-bedroom home with a garage, totaling 900-1200 square feet. Some of the plans I've liked are around 1400-1500 square feet.

One luxury I'd like in a new home is a sauna. I don't sweat as much at a higher altitude, so I'd like to get used to sweating more when I'm at a lower altitude.
