Meatloaf in place of mini golf

Dad wasn't feeling up to golfing, and it also rained a bit this afternoon, so those plans were cancelled. Instead, I helped the family friend from Pittsburgh make a meatloaf for dinner tonight. I was given a few servings of the meatloaf to take home since the recipe was doubled and made two loaves.
