Post Office screw-up

jcollie719The post office screwed up one of the DVD shipments I made to an eBay winner. First, the winner told me the package was being held because it needed another 14-cents of postage. I had weighed the package at home and used the amount of postage that the usps.com postage calculator specified. (This was shipped before the latest postage rate increase.) Last weekend, the winner said the post office would return the DVD to me sometime between Tuesday and Thursday. It still hasn't come back, so I'll just buy a new DVD and send it via UPS to ensure it actually gets shipped. Even though screw-ups like this are rare, I hate when they happen because that reflects poorly on me.
