(Chicago, IL) -- Two former upscale department store employees in Illinois are filing a lawsuit after they were fired for having sex at work. According to the "Chicago Tribune," Steven Chalem and Veronica Miranda were security employees at a Neiman Marcus store in Northbrook but were fired for having sex at work. The two were caught on videotape and claim they were illegally recorded. Chalem and Miranda say a manager put the camera in place and started secretly recording them as well as others. The lawsuit also alleges the videotape was shown by the manager to several others and also on an online database.

TV station WISN in Milwaukee reports that the thief was siphoning gas from a van and couldn't see how much fuel was in his container so he used a lighter to brighten up his view. The flames sparked the fumes and he was instantly burned on his hands. He was taken into custody a short time after being burned and faces theft and negligent use of burning materials charges.
