A local plumbing/heating company gave my furnace its annual checkup. It's still in great condition. I asked the technician to look at my toilet since the tank no longer fills (and therefore can't flush.) He told me the flapper valve is broken. As the picture shows, the toilet tank is right underneath a shelf, and my arm is too thick to fit in order to fix it. I've used the toilet a few times since then, so for once I'm glad I don't get any visitors.
